This Disclaimer governs the User’s access to and use of www.moderncollective.ca (the “Website”), including any content, functionality, and services offered on or through this Website owned by Modern Collective Inc., a company federally incorporated in Canada (the “Company”). The User agrees to be bound by the terms herein.

We highly encourage the User to read this Disclaimer, along with our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy, before exploring this Website. By virtue of the User’s use of this Website, they will be deemed to have accepted the terms outlined herein.

While the Company makes every effort to ensure that we accurately represent our products and services and their educational potential, through reviews and/or results from previous customers, customers and/or users of our products and services, we do not guarantee similar levels of success or potential education and the User or paying customer, accepts the risk and full responsibility of their own levels of success and potential education.

The content and services provided on the Website, including but not limited to, event and retreat planning, sample itineraries and itinerary creation, hotel sourcing, and education on brand partnerships, and coaching are intended for informational and educational purposes only, and the Company makes no guarantees or claims to the outcome of the services, success of the event, or effectiveness of the content accessed through the Website. The User accepts that they are solely responsible for their own health, safety, decision making, financial literacy, and well-being and for any actions the User makes based on the information and services provided on the Website.

• 5.3 The User fully acknowledges and accepts that there are inherent risks associated with accessing the Website and/or attending or participating in any services with the Company, including but not limited to, corporate events, workshops, retreats, team-building activities, or other events organized, coordinated, or promoted by the Company. These risks, whether known or unknown, the User fully assumes those risks involved should they elect to access the Website and/or participate or otherwise attend any of the aforementioned services. Risks may include but are not limited to, event or flight delays, last-minute schedule changes, venue-related issues, injuries or accidents occurring during the services, allergic reactions, illness or exposure to infectious diseases, and other unexpected disruptions or incidents such as undesirable weather or natural disasters. By accessing the Company’s Website and/or participating in any events referenced or organized by the Company, the User affirms that they do so voluntarily and understands that participation in the services may carry certain risks.
